Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

It is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach 48 hours in advance of the scheduled call/meeting. The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting if 48 hours’ notice has not been given. If notice has not been given Client will be charged for the session.
 
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a call/ meeting, the session will be cancelled and you will be charged for the session. The session will always end at the scheduled time.
